We ship within 3 days for all orders received prior to 1:30PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders are shipped from Hull, Quebec, Canada.
Please note that we are unale to ship to P.O. Boxes.
We offer shipping via Canada Post. You can calculate the shipping charge for your order before finalizing your check-out. Canada Post ground shipping is free for orders of $200 or more within the USA and Canada(not including 48 inch lamps). Please allow 3-7 business days for packages sent within Canada and 7-10 business days for the USA. We are also able to send orders express. PLease contact us with your order for shipping rates.
International Orders
We are not responsible for duties, tariffs or other import-related charges that you may owe to the any government or the shipping company.
If you are located outside Canada and USA please send an email to shipping@aquakit.ca and list the following:
Item numbers and quantities of products you wish to purchase
Your complete mailing address, including postal code/zip
We will respond within 24 hours with the shipping rate and instructions on how to complete your order.
Out of Stock Items
At aquakit, we don’t believe in selling you something we don’t have ready to ship. On the rare occasion that we run out of a product due to an unusually large order, we note its out-of-stock status on our site. In the unusual instance where you place your order prior to our posting such a message, we will notify you promptly and give you the option of cancelling your order or receiving two shipments (one with in-stock items and a second when your backordered item is re-stocked). In this case, we pay for shipping for the second shipment.
Cancellations
Please email us promptly at service@aquakit.ca with the subject “aquakit order cancellation request.” Remember, we try to ship to you quickly, so in some cases your order may already have left by time your contact us to cancel and you will have to return it after you have received it.
Returns
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Returns can be authorized up to 10 days after we ship to you. Please email us at service@aquakit.ca with the subject line “aquakit return request” to request a return authorization prior to shipping your return to us. Returned merchandise must be unused and in re-saleable condition. Sorry, but you must cover the cost of return shipping. We guarantee products against defect for 30 days. After 30 days, you may need to return the product to its manufacturer for repair or replacement.
